Hi Ladies,

Welcome to the magical site of the Stitch Witch, stay a while and lose yourself in the enchanting world of Patchwork & Quilting ... Jump on your needle and be amazed at the wonders that this site has to offer.

I am now at the Malvern Show, ( leaving son in charge of the animals etc....) Please come and say 'hallo'

it is a lovely freindly show, with lots of traditional bed quilts.

The hills and surrounding scenery are beautiful, and if we are not too tired we will go for a walk in the hills in the evening.

We had an amazing quilt show, the quilts were bright, different and fantastic,and held everybody spell bound in admiration.

The demonstrators were a geat hit showing everybody all the tips and short cuts to perfecting patchwork and quilting.

Susan Briscoe attended, demonstrating and selling her books.

The food was enjoyed by all.

The trade stands encouraged you to purchase that "Must Have " fabric. Thanks to Sleeping Bear, Puddleducks and the Stitch-Witch !!!

The show was very well attend and the raffle well supported, also thank you to Bernina for a fantastic prize- 3 ladies invited to London for a day out at Bernina.....

The winning quilts in the visitors choice and the Wealden Challenge will be up for you to view on the web site very shortly and C.D.s showing all the quilts that were displayed at the show, will be avaliable soon ( we had a slight technical hitch ) so bear with us !!!

My web site is under-going changes.... the patterns are now listed by technique, an iron-on bias page and fabric page are now up and running....

Due to the closure of the Quilt Box I am now teaching at Polegate Community Centre, the weekly lessons page is now updated. Please pop in for a chat and coffee.
